Mike Jones, "the gay escort whose allegations forced the resignation of nationally renowned evangelist Ted Haggard now says he was also visited by Idaho Sen. Larry Craig," KUSA-TV reports.

"Craig is the Republican senator who pleaded guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges earlier this year after his arrest in a Minneapolis airport bathroom for propositioning an undercover police officer."

Caveat: Jones is promoting his new book on the Haggard affair.

I agree completely. Whatever it takes to keep the spotlight on that party!! We all know that next year, a few months before the election, the economy will make a miraculous about-face. Oil prices will plummet when BP reveals the new reserve they found, you know the one they've had all along.) The public has a very, very short memory when they go to the polls so I'm hoping the spotlight doesn't burn out any time soon.
