I watched the leaked pilot and when the reference to the toe nail was made I did not react because it was just a line. The context was not offensive IMO.
presented a panel here at the TCA and at first I got excited because the clips they showed included a scene with out actor Jack Plotnick (Drawn Together, Lovespring International) so I asked if he were part of the case. Alas, so far it looks like a one time appearance.
I saw it but I must have missed that thing. The pilot was so boring anyway, if they don't change it before it airs this fall I will definetley not watch it.
