Who was instrumental in the JP and Craig story in Hollyoaks is joining Eastenders as executive producer in Feb of next year so if Christian and Syed are still around he might liven it up or get a decent story for another actor.

Hi Anthony, I love reading your colum every week. I have to say I'm really feed up with ATWT. I'm tired of waiting for someting that will never happen. We haven't seen there apartmet and Mason we seen his office. I so believe Forbes and wish it wasn't true but it is. I been so mad at ATWT that I been watcing OLTL and have liked it very much.

I have said tons of times I do not buy the Christian-Syed storyline. And you got it exactly right,,,,"why".... Why do Christian and Syed love each other?.. The writers have failed miserably here in explaining what draws the pair together as a couple. They have tons of negative qualities. Maybe it's a shared love of drama,, secrets and a determination to be as miserable in human relationships as possible... haha

that was fun!! nice to hear your voice anthony!  and i agree with michael and you regarding ATWT - YES - they really should kill off noah.  really now - there's really nothing you can do with nuke.  kill off noah... let van hansis shine... give him a new boyfriend... perfect!  it's soooo brilliant i wish the writers of ATWT would listen! 

Thanks for another great column! I grew up watching Days Of Our Lives and your right on with Bryan Dattilo’ s character Lucas, I had a thing for him since a young age and always used to want him to be with Sami.

Anthony...great column as usual. By the way, in the latest issue of ABC soaps, Van Hansis is now the 2nd most popular actor in all of ABC daytime and for the first time Luke and Noah are the second most popular couple in all of ABC daytime. Kyle and Oliver did not make the list. That having been said, even though I prefer Nuke, I think the Kyle and Oliver wedding scenes were well done. I like the way other characters were woven into the plot. Hopefully one day Kyle and Fish will have sex, kiss repeatedly, move in together, and last as a couple for two years just like Luke and Noah have. I'm looking forward to the new Nuke storyline. Hansis says it is some of Jake's best work yet, and that's really saying something!

I am not a big fan of daytime soaps in general, I honestly only watch the gay storylines and am kept interested by GOOL, but can I say that my mind has just about been changed due to the Oliver/Kyle storyline on OLTL. Scott Evans has been really enjoyable to watch, sure he plays most scenes with the same lip wobble, but he does it so adorably that I find myself thinking he's a good actor (I'm not saying he's bad, he's actually quite believable, he just reminds me of that bit in Shakespeare in Love where Shakespeare is explaining that Romeo needs to cut back on the emotion a bit so early in the play because where will he go when he meets the love of his life, well I think that Scott goes to the same place emotionally everytime at with pretty much the same intensity, but his delivery in all other respects is so good and he is so completely charming that I could forgive him anything).

I also think Brett Claywell is endearing and so sweet as Kyle, but I haven't had the highest respect for his delivery and think he often looks uncomfortable (again, just my opinion)....until now. Brett was awesome in the Wedding scene, he played the whole thing so brilliantly and he really looked like he had found the character, he wasn't stilted, just natural and so very moving. I know he's always said all the right things in interviews about how he approaches this character and his feelings for another man, but I honestly think that those good intentions finally cristalised in today's ep and I really look forward to watching him from now on.

And Christian and Syed, I watch, but I honestly don't know why sometimes. They're both cute and good actors who try their darndest, but unless they're allowed some physical contact beyond a sexless hug, I dont see how they'll ever establish the chemistry necessary to make them believable as a couple.

All that said, and i'm sure of no interest, I really only logged in to post 'what the hell is the wedding dress that Luise was wearing in the pic from VL???!!!! That thing is a monstrocity and she usually is dressed so beautifully a'la Princess Mary of Denmark. I think even Muriel from Muriel's Wedding would have thought that fish-tailed devil dress was too ugly to wear. Please tell me it's a joke! I mean really, please.

Yes, Yes, YES!!! Thank you, God (and the writers)! If ever (another) character needed to fall into a construction site and have a huge pile of dirt fall on them, it would be Rebecca.

...is that he is legal! It's really a shame they're not doing anything good with him, I might start watching the show. (Yes, a cute gay guy is not enough, I need a decent story or at least regular appearances!)

about all that rumors which goes around upcoming story for Christian and Oliver? i just checked their vlog and there were about hundreds (!) comments from very angry fans who swear to dump watch VL forever if writers will do what they plan, as i know it says they are planning hook up Christian and Rebbecca,is anybody knows is it true actually and we really have to wait for that nightmare "Chribecca' story? god!it even sounds awful :(

and of course thanks Anthony for another wonderful GOOL,you always make such a great work! btw i love a lot of daytime gay stories and almost all of them in your column i watch,but now i just can't think about anyone but Kyle and Oliver storyline,they are adorable!

I must have missed something, because I didn't get your criticism of Eytan for telling his kids he's gay. When did that happen? In the clip, he's getting ready tell them something but his daughter is the one who brings up the subject and he doesn't respond. I thought he was going to tell them he was leaving not that he's gay.

Anthony, I'm just curious, what website are you watching the show on? I know the YT channels I used to watch have stopped putting new episodes on.

Could we wait after he releases his album before crowning him? I mean, he's supposed to be best singer ever to come out of Idol and his single Time for Miracles only garnered frigging 45K in its first week. I mean, for all the hype, you'd think he'd be achieving Carrie Underwood or Taylor Swift numbers...

Even thou I have lost faith in ATWT I'm still a Jake fan and I wish people would leave him alone. Jake is a fine actor. You  should check out his other work someone upload  of his other work.    Hi Anthony do you have any info on this March 2010 were the Gays of German will be in New York.
